Shipping policy

1. COMPLIMENTARY DDP GLOBAL SHIPPING
At Windcut, we believe in providing a seamless, worry-free luxury experience. All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means both global express shipping costs and all import customs duties are fully covered by us and already included in the retail price of our products. 

There will be absolutely no unexpected hidden fees, customs hold-ups, or additional tax bills upon delivery. What you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Collections: All orders for in-stock products are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: For custom designs and club orders, the production timeline will be specified in your individual custom contract. Shipping will commence immediately upon production completion.


3. SHIPPING TIMELINES
To ensure the exquisite craftsmanship of our tiles arrives in perfect condition, all orders are dispatched directly from our premier crafting studio in Asia via secure, fully trackable global express air freight. 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes approximately 15–18 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local customs clearance. 


4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at s282341151@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 


5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Due to the premium weight and courier requirements of our luxury mahjong sets, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
