Each set is a fully standard-compliant 160-tile American Mahjong set. It includes all standard suits, winds, dragons, custom-designed flowers, jokers, and spare tiles. The set is delivered in a signature Artisan Gift Box featuring vintage Palm Beach cover art and a minimal quote inside: "Beautiful Tiles for Beautiful Gatherings."

Our tiles are crafted from high-grade, heavyweight, and scratch-resistant acrylic featuring precision engraving and hand-painted details. To clean your set, simply wipe the tiles gently with a soft, damp cloth. Please avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol, or abrasive pads to preserve the artwork.

No. All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with complimentary global express shipping. Both international express air freight and all import customs duties are fully covered by us and included in the retail price. There are no unexpected hidden fees or customs tax bills upon delivery.

Processing Time: In-stock sets from our standard collections are packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Shipping Time: Express air freight directly from our Asian artisan studio typically takes 15–18 business days depending on your location and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Due to the luxury weight and courier requirements of our mahjong sets, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business street address at checkout.

We offer a 7-day return window for unopened standard collection sets. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact—including the protective plastic shrink wrap around the mahjong tiles. Voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind) are subject to return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.

Please inspect your box upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photo/video evidence of the damage and the outer shipping box so our team can immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke designs, custom orders (such as those for private clubs or corporate events) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once the official digital design proof is approved and production begins.
